This very popular and well established music bar, is located on the seafront in Fuengirola. This bar is very spacious inside with seating up to 100, well decorated with cane furniture throughout and has a beamed ceiling. The long bar area, with bar stools is fully equipped with stainless steel chiller cabinets etc and back wall display shelving. It has several TV´s screens which are used for Karaoke, a stage area with professional lighting and is soundproofed.  There is a large outside terrace, seating 36 with magnificent views of the Mediterranean. The present owners offer live entertainment 7 nights a week opening in the winter 8pm until 2am and noon until 2am in the summer. This music bar is offered with a 10 year renewable lease and would be ideal for a couple to manage with additional staff in the busier months.
Fuengirola is on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain, only 25km from Malaga airport. It is one of a number of villages along the Costa del Sol that has grown up with, and due to, tourism. The light train and the bus service are excellent for getting up the coast. Both stations are in the centre of the city, 5 minutes walk from Fuengirola Port - a marina and fishing port – and it’s well worth a visit with its bars and restaurants, a Sunday market, and of course the boats! You can play golf at one of the many courses within easy reach, and there is a zoo, water park, bull ring, and miles of sandy beaches
