This bar is on the main road into Arroyo de la Miel from the east. It is situated amongst lots of appartment blocks, and in close proximity to the shops and railway stations.
The current owners offer British fayre, and do very well with breakfasts and Sunday Lunch.
The price includes a van (to pick up daily fresh supplies) and the rights to all graphic work for the bars logos.
There is easy access to the towns of Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Malaga.
There are two supermarkets within easy reach, plus a supplier of fresh fish, and the main bus route from Arroya to Torremolinos runs alongside the cafe bar.
